As a sphynx cat owner, you don’t need to spend any time to groom the cat but it needs weekly bath. As the cat skin becomes oily, it should be bathed every week to prevent the clogged pored. It needs regular nail trimming, ear and eye cleaning and also proper dental care.

Generally speaking, Sphynx is a healthy cat, but it may develop certain health conditions like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which is the common form heart disease in cats and neurological disease, which affects muscle functioning.
